In my example, I used a free font that I got from Dafont.com called Bellisya Signature.
STEPS TO MAKE FONTS THICKER IN CRICUT DESIGN SPACE
First, you’ll want to type out the words in the font of your choice.
Second, you’ll want to select the word(s) and click offset. When the offset menu pops up, change it to .05 (it automatically defaults to .25, so you want to lower it) and select corner as rounded.
Look at your word(s) and you’ll see a bubble form around the letters, which is the offset.
If it’s to big, change the measurements to something smaller, such as .03. If you want a thicker font increase the measurements until you find the perfect size.
Once you are happy with the size of the bubble around your words, click apply.
Then select weld to weld everything together and you’ll see you created a thicker font in Cricut Design Space.
