WHAT IS A CRICUT?
A Cricut is a device that can cut all different types of designs from materials like vinyl, card stock, iron on transfers, paper, leather, wood, and so much more!
A Cricut can cut with a variety of pressure and speed to ensure you get the perfect cut every single time.
Some Cricuts can also draw. So if you don’t have the best handwriting, you can use your Cricut to write for you.
WHICH CRICUT SHOULD I GET?
If you are brand new to Cricut and don’t own one, you may get overwhelmed on which Cricut you should buy.
Cricut has a variety of machines on the market.
The latest Cricut models are the Cricut Maker 3 and the Cricut Explore 3.
They still sell the Cricut Explore 2, which is the machine I have! I’ve been using it for almost 5 years now!
HOW CRICUT MACHINES WORK
If you don’t know how Cricut Machines work, then just imagine a printer. The printer can do a couple of different things. print or write with an actual Cricut Pen.
The Cricut can write with an actual Cricut Pen or it can cut.
So you apply the material you are using to a Cricut Mat. Then load the Cricut mat into the Cricut Machine. Then set the correct Cricut Settings and click go.
Then watch the Cricut Machine in action.

Modge Podge is the perfect Dollar Tree Craft supply that can be used for gluing, sealing, and finishing craft projects. It’s really the all-in-one adhesive that is perfect for all arts and crafts.
DOLLAR TREE VINYL
That’s right – Dollar tree now sells Dollar Tree Vinyl! I’ve only tried it a couple of times so I can confirm it works but I still prefer Oracle Vinyl.
DOLLAR TREE CARD STOCK
I have seen so many different types of cardstock at my local Dollar tree, including Glitter Cardstock! Inventory is constantly changing so when I see it, I make sure I stock up.
CRICUT PENS & MARKERS
If your Cricut has a pen holder, sometimes the Cricut pens can dry out fast. So if you are in a pinch, you can use Dollar Tree Pens.
Not all pens will fit perfectly, so you may need to wrap the pen with some painter’s tape.

Dollar Tree sells rolls of felt, which are perfect to use for DIY Coasters! It’s so easy to cut felt with Cricut, just make sure you use your Purple Cricut Mat.

Dollar Tree sells craft foam sheets. They are perfect for cutting shapes for kids craft projects
DOLLAR TREE POSTER BOARD
If you can’t find heavy card stock, you can always use Dollar Tree Posters boards!
